You need to MOVE, lady!” the teen

“You need to MOVE, lady!” the teen demanded, his voice sharp. “My friend and I want those seats.”

Molly lifted her chin. “Young man, plenty of other seats are empty! Find another place.”

The second teen stepped forward, smirking. “We want THOSE seats, and you’re gonna give them to us!”

He reached for her, but a powerful voice intervened. “Get your hands off her, my friend, or you and I are going to tango!”

The teens spun around to see a tall, broad-shouldered man with a steely gaze. “Move along before you’re in trouble,” he warned.

The teens scurried off, casting nervous glances back.

“Thank you,” Molly said, relieved. “I’m Molly.”

“No thanks needed, Molly. I’m Jack. Just doing what’s right.”

Molly’s daughter Alice arrived shortly, thanking Jack, who nodded and wished them well as they said their goodbyes, leaving Molly grateful for a stranger’s kindness.
