An historic Dutch colonial house in Lincoln was given to the lucky Kansas couple Julie and Eddie Flores. It was a dream fulfilled for them because they have always adored historic homes.
From the outside, the house appeared dilapidated due to the paint peeling off and the porch being destroyed. Beautiful hardwood flooring and a gorgeous staircase were among the hidden delights they discovered once they went inside.
The Lincoln mansion continued to beckon them, despite their happiness in Kansas City. Imagining all the wonderful times they could have there with their kids kept running through their heads.
