The first time the new owners entered this apartment, it was not the old renovation that scared that off, but the three-meter high walls and its huge area that stole their heart and left no room for further discussions and doubts. It is 153 square meters and required much diligent word to be done.
All in all, it looked good, yet the fact that it was constructed back in the 2000s was rather obvious. The entrance area turned out to be very spacious and sophisticated. A neutral light shade was chosen for the walls, while the floor was decorated with one exotic tree. The main storage space here is the dressing room hidden behind the curtains. The decorated the opposite wall with mirror inserts to visually enlarge the space.
The new owners installed a spacious kitchen unit with light gray facades. A decision was made to refuse a full-fledged upper tier so as to preserve the freshness and the natural light of the room. One wall was decorated with antique cut bricks, as the existing brickwork left a lot to be desired.
To the right of the balcony door, they placed a fireplace portal, in front of which there was a seating area. There was also room in the room for a full-fledged piano, which the owner of the apartment often plays. A large sofa in emerald color was placed nearby.
They decorated the walls in the bedroom with silk wallpaper with plant images. Part of the room was given over to a full-fledged dressing room. The color scheme in these functional areas is the same, which visually unites these rooms. They used moisture-resistant paint, tiles and porcelain stoneware for the finishing.
A children’s room boasts a standard furniture set: a bed, a workplace and storage space. Turning to the bathroom, the decoration used porcelain stoneware and white tiles. Instead of the usual bathtub, a decision was made to install a spacious shower here.
