First off, our mother’s kitchen is just a maximum of 7 square meters in size. Even though its initial state was less than ideal, I went ahead and completed the tasks I had intended. My mother, sixty years old, had already become weary of cooking in such a depressing environment.
It was last restored twenty years ago. Nobody thought we could transform such a dreadful space into a cozy and gorgeous kitchen. Taking down the outdated wallpaper and tiles was the first thing to do. I created blue grout and it looked great on white tiles.
I lined the wall next to the table with plastic PVC white clapboard to save plastering the walls below time. It’s easy to clean up if you spill food on the white wall while seated at the table, and it dries quickly when glued into liquid nails.
