The whole thing is that he has his own technique which led him to take the risk and construct an entire house entirely on his own.
The actual technique and the materials
«I used dry wood. The material is suitable for houses in which people will live permanently as well as for seasonal housing and summer cottages. My technique allows to assemble a structure in just three days».
As he mentions, his technique does not require the use of construction equipment or complex foundation. One can build a house even in areas with no access to electricity.
